Meet Shaun Nesbitt – Inspector and Founder of All Lakes Inspections!
Shaun has been in and around the construction industry for over 30 years.
He owned his own construction business in the highly exclusive, highly demanding North Scottsdale, Arizona are for over 15 years.
A former Chairman of the Cave Creek and Carefree Chamber of Commerce, Shaun was highly sought out for remodeling and renovations in the area.
Shaun retired and sold his business in 2020, retiring to the beautiful Table Rock Lake area. Once he was here, he realized the need for experienced home inspectors near Table Rock Lake as well as Branson and surrounding areas.
He took additional training from the Professional Home Inspectors Institute to ensure he is a qualified inspector in addition to being knowledgeable in all phases of home systems and construction.
